In retrospect, enrolling in a local 200 hour yoga teacher training near me was one of my better choices. I received much more from the course than just a yoga certification. It helped me find inner peace, exposed me to a better lifestyle, and put me in touch with amazing people who had similar values and aspirations. My physical health improved, my stress level decreased, and I learned the value of self-care and mindfulness from the training. Above all, it enabled me to find a more powerful and self-assured version of myself. Even after finishing the program, the knowledge and experiences I acquired during the course still have an impact on my day-to-day activities.
