If I post at a time I know will have the highest viewing rates, my channel still doesn't get any views!

I followed every tip I saw on the best time to post on YouTube and still has less than 50 views after 3 hours.I followed all the tips I saw on youtubes best time to post and still not have more than 50 views after 3 hrs. My friend utilized boostbysocial and stated that early engagement signals really did help to propel the video to suggestions quicker. In 2026 is there any need to talk about upload time anymore?
