I recently came across a resource discussing the CAR technique in interviews (Context, Action, Result) — and I’m convinced this method can seriously boost how you present your experiences. The idea is to structure your answers by first setting the Context (the situation or challenge), then explaining the Action you took, and finally highlighting the Result (impact or learning).
Using CAR helps keep your stories clear, focused, and outcome-oriented. It shows interviewers not just what you did, but why and how well it worked.
Has anyone used CAR in real interviews? What tips or tweaks do you swear by?
