Hello everyone!

Follow the Follow the steps given to troubleshoot the issues.

1.    Go to Settings.

2.    Click on the 'Mail, contact, and calendar'.

3.    Click on the 'Add Account'.

4.    Fill in your Roadrunner Email login credentials.

5.    Enter the required POP settings in the Incoming email server.

6.    Enter the IMAP settings in the Outgoing mail server.

7.    Save the changes.
