Neither I would say. I don’t think I have seen a single natural Platinum blonde ever in the State of Sweden, or for that matter in any Scandinavian State. The Dirty Blonde Hair is harder to place, in some photos, it is a mix of blonde colors, in others some mystic mix of middle, light, and dark-blonde, depending on the brand, and sometimes with mixes of copper, chestnut, or even red.
