I’m getting more into mid-range shooting, especially from 50 to 120 yards, and I’m trying to better understand holdover and drop compensation. My current rig uses one of the aea airguns models, and I feel like the POI shifts more than expected at certain ranges. Are there scopes that really help with dialing quick DOPE, or is it better to just memorize your holdovers? I'd love recommendations on reticles and turret types that work best for sub-MOA shooting on a budget.
