This is exactly the kind of thing I needed. Clean, simple, and doesn’t involve 10 emails.
Printing a few copies now. Appreciate it, man.
And yeah… cracked hose on my watch? Not today.
yo lol same here
our guys was just like “looks fine” and moved on 💀
found this checklist thing a while back, been usin it since - checklists for all
it’s got all the points u gotta check — leaks, wear, fittings, bends, pressure n all that.
u just go down the list, tick boxes, done. ez.
i even printed it out for the crew, told em "u skip this, u explain it to the boss" ))
So I’m trying to stay on top of hose inspections at our site, but it’s turning into chaos.
People forget stuff, no one logs anything properly, and I keep finding cracked or worn hoses nobody reported.
I’ve tried spreadsheets, sticky notes, even whiteboards. Nada.
Anyone here got a method that actually works?
