Bill Carlton, a proud Baylor alumnus, made significant contributions to the university and its community. Alongside his wife, Pat, he established The Claude S. Carlton Endowed Scholarship Fund, providing approximately $1 million in scholarship support since its inception in 1989. The Carltons also supported the construction of the Paul L. Foster Campus for Business and Innovation and the University's Office of Access and Learning Accommodation. Their dedication to Baylor's mission was recognized when they were honored as Baylor Alumni of the Year in 2017.
