Wordle NYT is a word puzzle game in which the player tries to guess a hidden five-letter word within six attempts. After each guess, the game provides feedback to indicate which letters are correct and in the correct position (highlighted in a specific color) and which letters are correct but in the wrong position (highlighted in a different color). The player uses this feedback to refine their guesses and eventually solve the puzzle.
