Any Wood Plank block, including the Warped Wood Plank blocks from the Java Edition as mentioned before, can be used to construct a fence.

Step 1: Open your crafting table in step 1.

Step 2: In the top and centre squares of the left column, put one (1) Wood Plank block in each location.

Step 3: Put a stick in the top and middle squares of the middle column, respectively. It is important regarding how to make a fence in minecraft.

Step 4: Drop the three (3) Fences that resulted into your inventory.

Step 5: Repeat these procedures to obtain the necessary fences.
