Why Is It Worth It To Use Polyurea Pigment?

Polyurea Pigment Paste offers outstanding compatibility with polyurea coatings methods with a wide variation of solvents. It is, though, only somewhat soluble in waterborne systems. Also, it is perfect for areas where you want to prevent containment, corrosion, membranes, linings, and caulks. For Polyurethane ( PU ) pigment color paste, some elements require solvent-based polyurethane powder pigment,  wetting agent, resin, antifoam agent, etc.

Here are some of the features of polyurea and the benefits of using these pigment pastes.

Characteristics

·         Polyurea has significant as an industrial coating and sealant in severe settings with good chemical resistance.

·         Fast, consistent reactivity and cure

·         Good UV and color stability (with aliphatic isocyanate types)

·         Polyurea offers a chemical backbone comprising amine linkages.

·         Also, they are widely applicable for numerous uses like resistance to hydrocarbons, immersed sewage application, and hydrogen sulfide gas.

·         Excellent physical properties/elastomeric qualities

·         Higher Thermal stability

·         Moisture and temperature insensitivity during processing

·         Low water absorption qualities

·         Hydrolytic stability

·         No solvents or VOCs are required for thin coatings

Benefits

Polyurea brings excellent surface assets with a variety of benefits

·         They offer fast setting.

·         They offer highly elastic.

·         Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

·         It provides higher durability and corrosion protection.

·         It is excellent for waterproofing & immersion.

·         They are chemical resistant.

·         It is tintable in different colors.
